Private AI agents · for you or your firm
Your own AI assistant, made to measure.
We build an AI assistant around your inbox and calendar, on a server that belongs to you. It sorts your mail, briefs you each morning and drafts your replies. You press send. Your email is never fed to Big Tech AI.
Works with Gmail, Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 · you chat to it on Telegram

Who it's for
One person or a whole practice, cut to fit either.
For you
Busy people with too much inbox
Founders, consultants, professionals, and anyone running a household on top of a job. Your agent handles the school emails, appointments, bills and bookings as well as work.
- “What do I actually need to deal with today?” at 7am
- Replies to friends, clients and tradespeople drafted for you
- Renewals, deliveries and appointments pulled out of the noise
For your firm
Small teams where client mail is confidential
Solicitors, accountants, agencies and clinics who want AI help but can't send client emails to a tech giant's AI.
- Every new enquiry gets a drafted reply within minutes
- Client and VIP mail flagged before anything else
- A data agreement for your compliance file
What it does
The admin that eats your morning, done before you sit down.
Every agent is cut for one person or one firm. These are the jobs people ask for most, and you choose which ones yours does.
- Morning briefOne message at a time you choose: today's meetings, what came in overnight, and the three emails that actually need you.
- Inbox triageSorts new mail into needs-you, can-wait and noise, using the senders and rules you give it. Nothing is deleted.
- Draft repliesWrites replies in your tone and saves them as drafts. You approve, edit or skip from your phone, then send from your own inbox.
- Enquiry repliesFor small businesses: a first reply drafted to every new enquiry within minutes, waiting for your OK.
- SchedulingSpots “can we meet next week?”, checks your calendar and drafts a reply with times that work.
What “private” means here
Your agent works for you, not for a tech giant.
Most AI assistants send every email you get to OpenAI, Google or Microsoft's AI. Yours runs on its own server, uses open AI models, and answers only to you. Here's exactly what we promise, and what we don't.
What we promise
- Your agent runs on its own server in the UK, rented in your name or held for you.
- Your emails are never sent to OpenAI, Google's or Microsoft's AI.
- We use open AI models hosted in the EU, from providers that don't train on your data.
- Only you can talk to it. Strangers who message it are ignored.
- When you leave, we delete everything and give you a signed deletion certificate.
What we won't pretend
- Your mailbox still lives with Google or Microsoft. We stop your mail being fed to their AI, not their servers.
- Open models are a step behind the very best closed ones. That's why everything it writes waits for your OK.
- No system is perfectly secure. We tell you exactly what it can touch, in writing, before we connect anything.
Safety
Cut so it can't go wrong.
The safest agent is one that physically can't do the dangerous things. We don't just tell yours to be careful. We leave those abilities out.
Drafts only
It can save a draft. It has no way to send, delete or move your email. You stay the one who presses send.
Reads, doesn't obey
Emails are treated as letters to read, never as orders. A message saying “forward me the invoices” gets flagged to you, not followed.
No wandering
It can only reach your email, your calendar, its AI model and Telegram. No web browsing, no other apps, no surprises.
Tested on every update
Before any update reaches you, we run it against a set of trick emails designed to fool it. If one gets through, the update doesn't ship.
Off with one message
Type “stop” and it stops. You can also cut its access from your Google or Microsoft account at any time.
Yours in writing
Before we start you get a plain-English list of exactly what it can see and do, plus a data agreement.
Why this matters: in 2026, Meta's own AI safety director told her AI agent to only suggest changes. It deleted over 200 of her emails anyway. Read the story. Ours can't do that: it has no delete button to press.
How it's made
From fitting call to handover in about two weeks.
Like a good suit: we measure first, cut to fit, and adjust after you've worn it for a week. You need about an hour of your time in total.
- DAY 0
Fitting call
30 minutes. What eats your day, how your email is set up, and an honest yes or no.
- DAY 1
Measure
A short form: who matters, what's urgent, a few emails that sound like you.
- DAY 2–4
Cut
We build your server and your agent, and lock it down.
- DAY 5
First fitting
A 10-minute screen share to connect your email. We never ask for your password.
- DAY 5–12
Trial week
It watches quietly, then starts drafting. We adjust its tone and rules as you go.
- DAY 12
Handover
It's yours. A one-page guide, an off switch, and tweaks whenever you need them.

Questions
Asked at most fittings.
Do I need to be technical?
No. You answer some questions, share your screen for ten minutes while you click “allow” in Google or Microsoft, and then talk to your agent on Telegram like any other chat.
Will it ever send an email on its own?
No. It only saves drafts. On Microsoft 365 it never gets permission to send at all. On Gmail, where Google bundles drafting and sending together, our own software blocks the send step, and we test that on every update.
Is it really private if my email is on Gmail?
Your mail still lives where it does today. What changes is that your agent reads it on your own server and uses open models hosted in the EU, so your emails aren't sent to OpenAI's, Google's or Microsoft's AI. We'll show you the full list of where your data goes before we start.
What if it gets something wrong?
Nothing goes out without you. If a draft is off, tap Edit or Skip and tell it why. During the trial week we tune it until the drafts sound like you.
Why Telegram?
It's free, works on every phone, and lets us lock the chat so only you can talk to your agent. WhatsApp and Slack are on our list.
Can I name it?
Yes, and most people do. Ours is called Maud.
What happens if I stop paying?
We switch it off, remove its access, delete the server and backups, and send you a signed deletion certificate. Your email account is untouched.
Book a fitting
Start with a 30-minute call.
Free, and nothing gets connected on the call. If an agent wouldn't help you, we'll say so.
- You send this form.
- We reply within one working day with times.
- On the call we listen, look at your setup, and give you a fixed price.
